Billet aluminum 90 degree reservoir fitting for Type II power steering pumps. This is a tight 90 degree -10AN fitting to give extra clearance when installing a LS alternator/power steering bracket. Press fit fitting with machined -10AN fitting so no need for a separate fitting.
This fitting is designed to take a standard clip on reservoir style pump and convert it to remote reservoir pump.
Fitting is designed to fit with a pump body with a .767 - .768 dia. Opening. pump fitting has a .770 press fit
This will not work for pumps that have a pressed in steel tube and are already a remote reservoir style pump. Also will not fit pumps threaded for 7/8-14 Thread

The quality of this part is top notch. The overall finish, quality of the machined radii and the threads were all excellent. I did trim the press fit surface by chucking the part in a lathe with a 4 jaw chuck to get the press fit to about .0015. My pump hole dia. was smaller than the normal. I then stuck the part in my freezer overnight and used a heat gun on the pump and the part tapped in easily with a soft faced mallet. Thanks for solving my plumbing problem!
