Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in new condition. If you have modified, painted, polished, anodized, powder coated, or installed the item it is not returnable.

You must first receive a return authorization number (RMA#) from a LSX Concepts representative. Returns received by LSX Concepts without an RMA# will be refused.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns will be accepted up to 90 days from original purchase date, after 90 days returns will not be accepted under any circumstance.

To receive an RMA# contact us by emailing sales@lsxconcepts.com, If your return is approved, within 1-3 business days our representative will send you an email which includes the RMA# and return instructions.

Follow the return instructions in the email you received.
Returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.

Some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% at our discretion.

All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.

All non manufactured items sold by LSX Concepts are warrantied for 1 year from purchase by LSX Concepts.
