All products are shipped out from our primary warehouse location, some accessory items may drop ship from one of our suppliers.
- 99% of all small item orders ship within 1-3 business days for in stock items, Complete Drive Kits Typically require 10-15 business days before shipping, complete drive kits being Anodized may require additional time (*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders containing back ordered items will normally be shipped when all items become available to ship. we reserve the right to cancel back-ordered items and issue a refund for non-shipped items
- Order for black anodized brackets may incur additional processing time
- Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from shipping date placed within the Continental US (UPS Ground)
- Orders with special order items may incur additional handling time
- Orders for drop shipped items will incur additional handling time, due to new tax policies with these states
- Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) orders will be moved to the front of the line in processing but do not change the processing time line for the items ordered. expedited orders must be in before 10AM for same day processing of in stock ready to ship parts
- due to an up rise in fraudulent orders all large orders must be shipped to the billing address on file for the order. to have your order shipped to an alternate payment methods must be used (Bank Wire Transfer)
We do sell internationally and our shopping cart is able to provides shipping quotes for most countries
- Please contact us if you are an international customer and our shopping cart will not quote shipping for your address
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you want to cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be in new condition. If you have modified, painted, polished, anodized, powder coated, or installed the item it is not returnable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
- You must first receive a return authorization number "RMA" from a LSX Concepts representative. Returns received by LSX Concepts without an RMA number will be refused.
- Shipping charges are non refundable for any reason
- Returns will be accepted up to 90 days from original purchase date, after 90 days returns will not be accepted unless per-authorized and will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
- To receive an RMA number contact us by using your Account Page and requesting a return on your order details page
- Follow the return instructions in the email you received.
- Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
- all items returned will incur a minimum 5% restocking fee to cover marketplace transaction fees which are non refundable and up to 25% restocking fee based on conditions of items returned.
- All non manufactured items sold by LSX Concepts are warrantied for 1 year from purchase (Alternators, Power Steering Pumps, A/C compressors, etc.)
- Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the transactions fees from our credit card processor which are not refundable to us
Damaged Shipments and Missing Components
Unfortunately, there are times when Items will show up Damaged or Partially Missing due to mishandling in shipment transit or by mistake. LSX Concepts requires that all items be inspected by the receiver to verify Damage and to report the damaged or missing items to LSX Concepts within 72 business hours of delivery. LSX Concepts will not be held responsible for items that are not reported in a timely manner in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).
- Take pictures of the damaged product(s) and packaging and email them to us at email@example.com, with a description of the damage
- Keep the product and its original packaging and box it may need to be inspected by a delivery carrier representative.
- LSX Concepts will instruct you on how to proceed once we have a started a damaged shipment claim for your order. we will work with you to resolve any claims and get your product replaced in a timely manner.
